  • For 8 people:

  • For garnish :
  • 500 g ricotta
  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 4 c. coffee vanilla extract
  • To go with :
  • 1 packet of frozen red fruit coulis


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). Melt the butter for a few moments in the microwave. Butter a mold to miss. Mix together cakes and melted butter, then add cinnamon, sugar and salt. Work again until you have a homogeneous paste. Spread at the bottom of the mold and place in a cool place. Prepare the filling: mix the cheeses and, without beating, add the whole eggs one by one, then the sugar and the vanilla. Pour on the bottom of dough and bake for 1 hour.
